Structured mental health programmes integrating psychology and physiology

About Somaia Health Consortium CIC

Somaia Health Consortium CIC delivers structured mental health programmes that combine psychological principles with physical and experiential approaches.

Our work supports individuals to better understand, manage and take responsibility for their mental and physical health.

Programmes are delivered in group settings across clinical and community environments, with a focus on engaging individuals who may not respond to traditional services. Somaia’s approach recognises that talking-based support is not always sufficient for everyone, particularly where engagement is low, and integrates physical and experiential methods to improve accessibility and outcomes.

By integrating practical learning with real-world application, Somaia supports people to build awareness, develop resilience and create sustainable change. Our approach provides an alternative, structured pathway into mental health support.
